    • For returns due to other reasons, refunds may be offered; however, shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense unless the issue is determined to be the fault of KJ and Willow.

Made-to-Order and Personalised Goods

  • Size Selection: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for incorrect size choices. Please double-check your measurements before placing an order.

  • Quality Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our made-to-order items and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

  • Free Returns: If an item is found to have a factory fault on our end, we offer free returns.

General Terms for Returns

  • Notification: Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item if you encounter any issues.

  • Faulty Goods: For items with defects due to our error, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
